This Imperial Quality Akubra Hat offers a 4" wide hat brim which is excellent for harsh sun and rains. It is named for the Northern Territory in Australia where the climate ranges from stretches of hot dry desert,to wet tropical jungles. The wide brim dips down on the front and the back. The crown, offering a precreased pinch, measures 4" high with two large eyelets on either side. This Imperial Quality hat is pure fur felt. The crown is fully lined inside with inset hooks for securing an optional chin strap. The leather hat band is stamped with an attractive design. The sweatband is reeded roan leather.
