Shipping Info

We know how important it is to have a hat that looks and fits the way you want it to. That's why we try to keep our return/exchange policy as simple and generous as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you elect to exchange, you will not be charged for shipping of the new item (up to standard shipping rate.)

To return a hat for refund or exchange, simply fill out the return form included with your order, specifying what you would like us to do. Box up the hat in the original packaging, affix the return address label included in your order, and ship back by the carrier of your choice (US Mail, UPS, Federal Express, etc.). There is no need to call us for a return authorization.

We use flat rates for shipping. Fees are per order, regardless of quantity of items purchased (orders of more than 6 hats may require additional shipping in some cases). You will be prompted to select one of the following shipping options when you check out:

(*Usually UPS Ground, although US Postal Service Priority Mail may be substituted in special circumstances. Standard Ground is available only to Continental U.S. and FPO/APO addresses.)

(**UPS 3-Day Select guarantees delivery in the 48 contiguous states in 3 business days from when your order is shipped (weekend days and holidays not counted). Items will be shipped on the next business day after the order is placed. For example, an order placed on Monday afternoon will be shipped on Tuesday. The package would be scheduled for delivery on Friday by 7 p.m. An order placed Friday evening would not be shipped until the following Monday. The package would then be scheduled to arrive at your door no later than Thursday by 7 p.m.)
